The Thing About Funerals Is… is a two-part exploration of funerals coming up on 24 June and on 7-8 July at the Gallery of Modern Art in Glasgow. Brought to you by Final Fling, they will both give breathing space for the public to engage in conversations, reflection and provocations about how we say our goodbyes.
In another attempt to tackle death as a taboo, Final Fling is hosting a Death Café of Remembrance on Saturday 1 November at Glasgow’s Gallery of Modern Art from 2.30-4.30pm. It’s one of many events marking To Absent Friends week – a people’s festival of storytelling and remembrance coordinated by Good Life Good Death Good Grief. Limited places…
