At the heart of her work is the desire to engage in action that can shift perspective; make changes in day-to-day attitudes and behavior.

Nic is a performance artist who is interested in developing creative work that isn’t just environmental but is deeply ecological… concerned with human beings, how we relate to each other and the environment we live in.

In the past her work has been commissioned by the GreenRoom (Manchester), The Arches (Glasgow), The National Review Of Live Art (NRLA) BAC (London), Made in Scotland and CREATE (Dublin). She is an active member of the Centre for Human Ecology, the Ecopsychology UK Network, and studies and teaches Yoga and Vedanta philosophy. She also works with degree-level performance students as a lecturer and mentor at both the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Glasgow University.
